Indian Patent Searchable Database

Ekaswa- A Database: Patent applications filed in India as published in the issues of the Gazette of India (Part III, Section 2) from January 1995 onwards.
Ekaswa-B Database: Patent applications notified for opposition in the Gazette of lndia (Part III, Section 2) published from January 1995 onwards.
Each CDROM has been priced at Rs.500/- (Five hundred only). Alternatively, under the membership scheme annual CDs shall be made available for both databases on a quarterly basis. The subscriber shall get four CDs each of the two databases updated every quarter. The scheme can be availed by sending an annual subscription fee of Rs. 3500/- (Three Thousand and five hundred only). |
