My Lectures

Conducted and participated in Panel Discussion on "Export-Import of Information: Anomalies in Custom Duty Structure and Suggested Solutions" during 2^nd Industry-Promoter-User Interaction Meet and 4^th National Meet of CDROM/Online Users. Bengal Library Association, Calcutta. December 21-24, 1995. The aim of the Panel Discussion was to draw attention of the Commissioner (Tax Research Unit) towards various anomalies in various notifications issued for import of CDROM titles for educational purposes. The panel and participants also suggested solutions for these anomalies.
